PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDING (PEB)

Pre-Engineered Buildings are a building system that involves structural systems. The Structural System is the main load bearing system of the PEB System and consists of rigid frames that are fabricated off-site from plate steel and cold-formed into Columns, Roof Beams, Rafters, End Wall Posts and other support members. The Structural System of the PEB gives it its main characteristic features: flexibility, speed and large spans without intermediate supporting columns. The Structural System is manufactured in segments off-site according to the specific needs of the client and in accordance with the design requirements and allowable stresses consequently making the structure flexible and eliminating the need for intermediary columns.
These segments are shipped to the site and our simply bolted together resulting in a rapid erection process that saves time and resources of the client. The Secondary Structure is placed over the Structural System and includes Purlins, Wind Bracings, girts, eave struts, Flange Bracing, Base Angles etc. The roof and wall claddings are installed on Purlins and Wall Girts respectively..
